Mango – 1
Kiwi Fruit – 4
Pineapple Juice – 350 ml
Mint Leaves – 4, fresh
1. Cut the mango into 2 thick slices as close to the stone as possible.
2. Scoop out the flesh and chop coarsely.
3. Cut off any flesh adhering to the stone.
4. Peel the kiwi fruit with a sharp knife and chop the flesh.
5. Put the mango, kiwi, pineapple juice and mint leaves in a blender and process until thoroughly combined.
6. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
