Melon and Pineapple Crush

Ingredients:
Pineapple Juice – 100 ml
Orange Juice – 4 tbsp
Galia Melon – 125 gms
Frozen Pineapple Chunks – 150 gms
Ice Cubes – 4
Slices of Galia Melon for garnish

Method:
1. Pour the pineapple juice and orange juice into a food processor and process gently until combined.
2. Add the melon, pineapple chunks and ice cubes.
3. Process until a slushy consistency has been reached.
4. Pour the mixture into glasses and decorate with slices of melon.
5. Serve at once.
