Ingredients:
Full Fat Milk or Soya Milk – 300 ml
Plain Yogurt – 2 tbsp
Maple Syrup – 1 tbsp
Blackberries – 3
Blueberries – 50 gms
Blackcurrants – 25 gms
Roasted Sesame Seeds for garnish

Method:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until combined and frothy.
2. Pour into tall glasses.
3. Sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds over the top and serve immediately.
