Watermelon – 600 gms
Small Bananas – 2, about 2 inches long
Coconut Cream – 225 ml
1. Remove and discard the seeds from the watermelon.
2. Cut the flesh off the rind and chop coarsely.
3. Peel and slice the bananas.
4. Put the watermelon, bananas and coconut cream in a blender and process until combined.
5. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
