Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:
Orange Juice – 250ml
Plain Yogurt – 125ml
Egg – 2
Bananas – 2, sliced and frozen

For Decoration:
Slice of fresh Banana or 1 small Banana

Method:
1. Pour the orange juice and yogurt into a food processor and process gently until combined.
2. Add the eggs and frozen bananas and process until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into glasses and decorate with the banana.
