Coriander Seeds – 1 cup
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 cup

1. Mix the coriander and cumin seeds.
2. Roast the seeds in a frying pan over moderate heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Let it cool before grinding it to a coarse powder.
4. Store in an airtight container.
