Apple Ginger Ale


Unsweetened Apple Juice – 1/2 cup
Ginger Juice – 1 tsp, fresh
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Artificial Sweetener to Taste or – 2 tsp
Bottled Soda – 1/2 cup, chilled
Salt – a pinch

1. Mix the unsweetened apple juice, ginger juice, lemon juice and artificial sweetener in a tall glass.
2. Pour the soda on top, and add a dash of salt.
3. Serve chilled.
