Cinnamon Fruit Fritters


Refined Flour – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
Apple – 1, chopped
Mixed Fruits – 1/2 cup, chopped (guavas, pineapple, strawberries)
Sugar – 3 tsp
Skimmed Milk – 1 cup
oil – 2 tsp
Artificial Sweetener – 2 tsp, powdered
Cinnamon Powder – 1 tsp

1. Sift the refined flour with salt and baking powder.
2. Add the apples, mixed fruits, sugar and skimmed milk.
3. Make a creamy batter.
4. Grease a large non-stick pan; heat and drop spoonfuls of the creamy batter.
5. Fry evenly on both sides till golden brown.
6. Serve the fritters warm, sprinkled with a mixture of artificial sweetener and cinnamon powder.
