Rice Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
Bread Slices – 2
Baby Carrots – 2, cut into halves, horizontally
Oil – 2 tsp
Rice – 1/2 cup
Mixed Herbs – 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2. Fry all the ingredients, except bread slices.
3. Toss gently.
4. Place this in the middle of two bread slices and grill.
5. Serve.
