Japanese Omelette


Eggs – 5
Tomato – 1/4 cup, chopped
Spring Onions – 1/4 cup
Butter – 4 tsp
Carrot – 1/4 cup
Onion – 1/4 cup
Coriander Leaves – handful
Green Chillies – 3, finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Pepper Powder as per taste

1. Heat a non stick pan and keep ready.
2. In a bowl beat the eggs with onions, tomatoes and spring onions.
3. Add salt to taste and mix well.
4. Add 2 tsp of butter to the pan.
5. Pour the egg mixture and roll it around.
6. Sprinkle pepper and close with a lid.
7. Let it cook for sometime.
8. Once cooked, remove and transfer to a plate.
9. Serve hot.
