Tandoori Jal Pari

Ingredients:
Pomfret Fish – 500 gms

For the Masala:
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tblsp
Red Chilli Paste – 1/2 tblsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tblsp
Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
Tandoor Masala – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Marinate the fish with all the masalas for 30 to 45 minutes.
2. Roast the fish in the tandoor.
3. Remove and serve hot.
