Hara Masala Murgh Recipe

Chicken – 200 gms
Onions – 2 to 3, sliced
Cashewnuts – 50 gms, broken into pieces
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Spinach – 1/4 cup, pureed
Green Chutney – 1/4 cup
Cream – 1/4 cup
Butter – 1/3 cup
Salt as per taste

1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add the onion slices to it and saute till golden brown.
3. Add the cashews and the spice powders.
4. Mix in the pureed palak and green chutney and saute.
5. Add the chicken pieces along with salt. Mix well.
6. Add cream and butter.
7. Let it simmer gently till cooked.
8. Remove and serve hot with naan or butter roti.
