Spinach Prawn Masala

Ingredients:
Prawns – 1/4 cup
Spinach – 1/2 cup, cleaned and chopped
Red Chilli – 4
Green Chilli – 2
Dhaniya Powder – 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil
Coconut – 2 tsp, grated
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over moderate heat.
2. Add red chilli and green chilli.
3. Add the spinach and fry.
4. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add the prawns.
5. Add the onion, salt and red chilli powder.
6. Mix the dhaniya powder and turmeric powder.
7. Pour a glass of water and allow it to boil.
8. After 4 to 5 minutes, add the grated coconut and mix well.
9. Serve hot with plain rice.
