Coconut Peanut Burfi

Ingredients:
Coconut – 200 gms, desiccated
Peanuts – 100 gms, coarsely crushed
Sugar – 100 gms or as per taste
Ghee – 3 tblsp

Method:
1. Dry-roast the coconut till it is golden brown in colour.
2. Add the crushed peanuts.
3. On low heat mix in the sugar and keep stirring till the sugar melts.
4. Continue to cook on low heat adding a little ghee at a time.
5. Cook till the mixture is almost dry.
6. Pour the contents on a plate and allow to set.
7. Cut into desired shapes and serve.
