Mint and Cheese Sandwich Recipe

Bread Slices – 4
Cheese Slices – 2
Green Chutney – 1/2 cup

For the Green Chutney:
Coriander Leaves – 1 cup
Mint Leaves – 1/2 cup
Green Chillies – 2
Garlic Pods – 2
Lemon Juice – 3 tsp
Salt as per taste

1. Grind all the ingredients for the green chutney to a fine paste.
2. Mix in the salt and the lemon juice.
3. Spread on 2 bread slices.
4. Place the cheese slices on the chutney slices and cover with other slice.
5. Cut into quarters or halves and serve.
