Prawns in Fresh Garlic


Prawns – 200 gms
Green Garlic – 2 tsp, chopped
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Butter – 2 tblsp
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste

1. Clean the prawns by removing the heads.
2. Sprinkle salt and lemon juice.
3. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
4. Heat the butter and add the fresh garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
5. Add the prawns and mix in the pepper powder.
6. Stir-fry for 2 minutes and serve hot.
