Ingredients:
Pizza Base – 1, large
Pizza Topping – 3 tblsp
Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup
Pizza Spice – 2 tsp
Tomatoes – 2, cut into circles and seeds removed
Mozzarella Cheese – 1 cup, grated
Method:
1. Steam the vegetables till just a little tender but not cooked fully.
2. Spread the pizza topping on the pizza base.
3. Spread the vegetables and the pizza spice.
4. Top with the cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180C till the cheese has melted and the pizza is crispy.
5. Cut into strips and serve.
