Grilled Open Sandwiches Recipe

Bread Slices – 10, cut into halves
Cheese Spread – 3 tblsp

For the Topping:
Tomatoes – 2, chopped
Onions – 2, chopped
Beans – 1/2 cup, chopped finely
Paremesan Cheese – 100 gms, cut into small pieces
Oregano – 1/2 tsp
Dill – 1/2 tsp
Garlic – 2 tsp, finely chopped
Olive Oil – 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste

1. Heat the oil and stir fry the vegetables adding all the spices.
2. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Spread the cheese spread on the slices.
4. Place a portion of the vegetables on each of the slices.
5. Grill in an oven till crispy and golden brown.
6. Serve with ketchup.
