Saffron Masala Rice

Basmati Rice – 2 cups
Oil – 1 tblsp
Saffron Strands – 2, mixed in 3 tblsp lukewarm milk
Jeera Powder – 1 tsp
Mango Powder – 1/4 tsp

1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2. Stir-fry the rice.
3. Add the saffron strands, jeera powder and mango powder.
4. Serve hot with papad and raita.
