Dried Red Chillies – 50 gms, seeds removed
Red Vinegar – 1 tblsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste

1. Soak the dried red chillies in the vinegar.
2. Grind to a paste.
3. Add some of the seed back to the ground chilli paste.
4. Add the soy sauce and salt to taste.
5. Serve with any snack.
