Ingredients:
Baby Corn – 250 gms
Red (or Green) Cabbage – 1 cup
Cherry Tomatoes – handful (optional)
Olive Oil – 3 tsp
Oregano Powder – 1 tsp
Parsley – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 4 tsp
Method:
1. Heat the oil and fry the baby corn on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss gently.
3. Allow to cook for only 2 minutes so that the salad is warm.
4. Serve as a starter or as a part of the main course.
