Spaghetti with Zucchini

Ingredients:
Spaghetti – 150 gms
Zucchini – 2, washed and cut into circles
Olive Oil – 1 tblsp
Oregano Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water till cooked.
2. Drain out the excess water.
3. Heat the oil and add the zucchini and the spices.
4. Stir-fry for only 2 minutes.
5. Mix in the spaghetti and toss gently.
6. Serve immediately.
