cream cheese pasta - Cream Cheese Pasta

Pasta – 1 cup
Cheese – 1 cup
Cream – 50 ml
Red Chilli Flakes – 4 tsp
Pepper – 3 tsp
Mixed Herbs – 2 tsp
Olive Oil
Garlic – 4 flakes, finely grated
Yellow Capsicum – 1/2 to 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Mustard Seeds
Onion – 1/2 cup
Tomato – 1/2 cup

1. Boil the pasta as per directions on the package.
2. Keep aside.
3. In a pan of boiling water, keep a plate on top and put the capsicum on the plate for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Remove and peel the skin.
5. Grind the flesh portion with red chilli and little salt to a fine sauce.
6. Heat oil in a pan.
7. Add mustard seeds, chopped onions and fry.
8. Add tomato and garlic.
9. Fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
10. Add the pasta, pepper and mixed herbs.
11. Add the cream and cheese. Cook for a minute or two until the cheese has melted.
12. Spread the capsicum sauce over it.
13. Serve.
