Red Chilli – 10
Garlic – 6, flakes
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Grind the red chilli and garlic in a mixie.
3. Add this paste to the pan and fry in low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Add the chopped onion.
5. Fry for another 2 minutes and add the capsicum.
6. Add the tomatoes, coriander leaves and salt.
7. Mix well and add the tomato sauce.
8. Fry for one more minute.
9. Remove and serve with plain rice.
