Peaches – 10
Sugar – 3 tblsp
Cloves Powder – 1/2 tsp
1. Cut the peaches into halves and remove the seeds.
2. Heat 6 to 7 tbsp water.
3. Add the sugar and the cloves powder.
4. Cook on low fire for 2 minutes stirring all the time.
5. Add the peach halves and cook on low fire till all the water is evaporated and the sugar caramelises and sticks to the peach halves.
6. Put off the heat and cool to room temperature.
7. Serve with ice cream.
