Sprouts – 200 gms
Watermelon – 1 cup, seeds and peels removed
Cucumber – 1 cup, seeds and peels removed
Green Capsicum – 1, cut into small pieces
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Ground Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
1. Mix all the ingredients together and serve in a shell of watermelon which has been scooped out.
2. If the salad is chilled before serving, it tastes better.
