Chutney Potatoes Recipe

Potatoes – 250 gms, boiled, peeled and diced
Coriander Leaves – 1 cup
Mint Leaves – 1/4 cup
Onion – 1, small
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies – 2
Tomato – 200 gms
Tamarind Extract – 2 tblsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder as per taste

1. Except potato, grind all the ingredients to a fine paste.
2. Heat 1 tblsp oil.
3. Add the chutney.
4. Add the potato.
5. Mix well and cok till the oil separates.
6. Serve hot.
