How to Make Paneer Manpasand Recipe

Ingredients:
Paneer – 100 gms, cubed
Cashewnut Paste – 2 tblsp
Tomatoes – 2, pureed
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tblsp
Jeera Powder – 1/2 tblsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp, chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder as per taste

Method:
1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil.
2. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry.
3. When they turn soft, add tomatoes and spices and cook till dry.
4. Add cashew nut paste and paneer with 1/2 cup water and cook till thick.
5. Decorate with coriander leaves.
6. Serve.
