Wheat Pizza Base – 2
Tomato Ketchup – 4 to 6 tblsp
Low Fat Cheese – 2 cups, grated
For the Topping:
Paneer – 1 cup, crumbled
Capsicum – 1 cup, cut into small strips
Onion – 2, large, cut into rounds
1. Rub the sauce on both the pizza bases.
2. Top with the grated paneer.
3. Place a portion of the capsicums and onion slices and top with the grated low fat cheese.
4. Place in an oven and cook till the cheese has melted and the pizza is crispy.
5. Serve as a snack.
