Paneer with Oregano and Capsicums Recipe

Ingredients:
Paneer – 250 gms
Rock Salt as per taste
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Oregano Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Capsicum – 1 cup, cut into strips (red, green and yellow)
Olive Oil – 1 tblsp

Method:
1. Cut the paneer into cubes.
2. Sprinkle salt, pepper and oregano and keep aside for 10 minutes.
3. Heat the oil and stir-fry the capsicum strips for 1 minute.
4. Add the paneer and cook on low fire covering with a lid for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Stir gently.
6. Serve as a starter.
