Basmati Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Noodles – 1 cup, noodles
Soya Sauce – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Cornflour – 2 tblsp
Oil for deep frying
1. Mix all the ingredients together and mash lightly with a fork.
2. Heat oil for deep frying.
3. Drop small portions into the oil and fry as pakoras.
4. Fry a few pakoras at a time on low fire till crispy.
5. Serve as a starter.
