Chicken – 250 gms, ground
Eggs – 5
Chicken Stock – 3 tblsp
Brandy – 1 tsp
Cornflour – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
Peas – 4 tblsp, boiled
Parsley – 1 tblsp
1. Mix the chicken meat with stock, brandy, cornflour, salt and pepper.
2. Add beaten eggs.
3. Mix well and fry into small omelettes.
4. Garnish the omelettes with boiled peas.
5. Serve with ketchup/chilli sauce.
Note: You can also garnish with cooked ham pieces.
