Fried Chicken and Rice Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
Rice – 1 1/2 cup
Soya Sauce – 2 tblsp
Chicken – 200 gms, minced
Ginger Juice – 1/2 tsp
Egg – 1
Mushrooms – 2 tblsp, chopped
Carrots – 2 tblsp, minced
Peas – 3 tblsp

For the Batter:
Eggs – 2
Cornflour – 5 tblsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper – 1/4 tsp

Method:
1. Wash the rice and cook with 3 cups water till tender and dry.
2. Mix in the soya sauce.
3. Divide into 25 patties.
4. Mix the remaining ingredients together and divide into 25 patties.
5. Place one chicken patty on top of rice patty.
6. Press firmly together.
7. Mix the batter ingredients and add enough water to form a batter.
8. Dip the patties into the batter.
9. Deep fry until golden.
10. Serve with sauce of choice.
