Chicken with Bean Sprouts


Chicken – 200 gms, shredded
Egg White – 1
Brandy – 1 1/2 tsp
Cornflour – 2 tsp
Bean Sprouts – 200 gms
Red Chilli – 1, seeded and cut into fine pieces
Green Chilli – 1, seeded and cut into fine pieces
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper as required

1. Mix together chicken with egg white, cornflour, brandy and salt.
2. Heat 4 tblsp oil and fry he chicken quickly for 5 minutes.
3. Drain and put in a plate.
4. In the same oil, add the remaining ingredients and fry for 2 minutes.
5. Mix into the chicken.
6. Serve immediately.
