Ingredients:
Oats – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 1/2 tblsp
Capsicum – 1
Carrot – 1
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Cucumber – 1
Green Chilli – 1
Fried Peanuts – 1/2 cup
Tomato Sauce – 2 tblsp
Coriander Leaves – 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

Method:
1. In a pan warm ghee and fry oats till slightly brown.
2. Finely chop onion, tomato, cucumber, green chillies, capsicum and carrot.
3. In a bowl take oats and add all chopped ingredients and peanuts.
4. Add salt, tomato sauce, coriander leaves and serve.
