Oats Burfi Recipe

Oats – 1 cup, powdered
Cashewnuts – 1/2 cup, powdered
Sugar – 3/4 cups
Ghee – 1 1/2 tblsp
Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp

1. Heat ghee in a frying pan.
2. Add oats, cashew, fry till golden brown and set aside.
3. Mix water with sugar in a vessel and boil to a single-string consistency.
4. Add oats powder, ghee, cardamom powder and stir well.
5. Allow it to set.
6. Using a knife, cut into squares or small rectangles and serve.
