Basmati Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Sugar Syrup – 2 tblsp
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 1 tblsp
Sesame Jaggery Chikki to serve
1. Heat the ghee and add the rice and the sugar syrup.
2. Mix in the cardamom powder and stir gently.
3. Place on the sesame chikkie pieces and serve as a sweet dish.
