Ingredients:
Basmati Rice – 1 cup, cooked
SUgar Syrup – 2 tblsp
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 1 tblsp
Apples – 2
Method:
1. Cut the apples into halves and remove the seeds.
2. Remove a portion of the apple to form ʻcupsʼ.
3. Heat the ghee and add the rice and the sugar syrup.
4. Mix in the cardamom powder and stir gently.
5. Use this mixture to fill the apple which have been scooped out.
6. Serve as a dessert.
