Oats Muffins

Ingredients:
Plain Flour – 75 gms
Rolled Oats – 75 gms
Sugar – 75 gms
Butter – 75 gms
Honey – 1 tblsp
Milk – 1/2 cup

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Sift the flour into a bowl.
3. Mix in rolled oats and sugar.
4. Melt butter, honey and milk in a saucepan and stir until heated through.
5. Add to the oats mixture.
6. Mix until well combined.
7. Spoon onto a baking tray and shape into rounds.
8. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Leave to cool for 5 minutes before removing from tray.
