Banana, Oat and Honey Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
Rolled Oats – 4 tblsp
Bananas – 2
Plain Yogurt – 300 ml
Milk – 300 ml
Lemon Juice – 2 tblsp
Honey – 3 tblsp
Ice Cubes – 6

Method:
1. Place oats, bananas, yoghurt, milk, lemon juice, honey into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour over ice cubes in a tall glass.
4. Serve chill.
