Chinese Vegetarian Soup Recipe

Water – 1 litre
Ajinomoto – 1/2 tsp
Tomatoes – 100 gms
Green Onions – 4, thinly sliced
French Beans – 100 gms, shredded
Carrots – 100 gms, shredded
Cabbage – 100 gms, shredded
Paneer – 100 gms, chopped very finely
Soya Sauce – 1 tblsp
Til Oil – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste

1. Boil tomatoes in water till soft.
2. Pass through a sieve.
3. Mix all the vegetables and spices.
4. Cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add soya sauce, til oil and paneer.
6. Serve at once.

Note: If you want you can add a handful of boiled noodles.
