Lamb Chow Mein

Ingredients:
Egg Noodles – 500 gms
Mutton – 1 1/2 cups, boneless, cut into thin slices against the grain
Bean Sprouts – 2 cups
Mushrooms – 1/2 cup, thinly sliced
French Beans – 1/2 cup, shredded
Green Onions – 4, finely sliced
Cornflour – 1 tsp, dissolved in 3/4 cup water
Ajinomoto – 1/2 tsp
Celery Heart – 1/2 cup, sliced
Salt
Pepper
Oil

Method:
1. Boil the egg noodles as per the directios on the package.
2. Heat 4 tblsp oil and cook the mutton till brown and tender.
3. Drain and add a little more oil.
4. Fry all the vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Mix in the lamb, spices and cornflour.
6. Cook till gravy is thick.
7. Serve over noodles.
