Ingredients:
Apple – 1
Tomatoes – 4 to 5
Carrots – 3
Grapes – 1 cup
Crushed Ice
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black Salt – 1/4 tsp
Fresh Mint

Method:
1. Wash all the fruit and vegetables.
2. Peel and chop and put in a blender.
3. Add crushed ice, salt and 1 glass water.
4. Pour in glasses.
5. Decorate with mint.
6. Serve fresh with soda or without soda.
