Ingredients:
Red Cabbage – 2 cups, grated
Carrots – 1 cup, grate
Celery – 2 tblsp, chopped
Rock Salt – 1 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Olive Oil – 2 tblsp
Lemon Juice – 3 tblsp
Green Chillies – 2, chopped
Fresh Coconut – 1 cup, cut into smalll pieces
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
2. Toss gently and serve at once.
