Ingredients:
Curd – 2 cups
Salt as per taste
Jaggery as per taste

Grind together:
Coconut – 1/4
Coriander Leaves – small bunch
Garlic Cloves – 4 to 5
Green Chillies – 2

For Seasoning:
Oil – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves as required
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – a pinch

Method:
1. Grind the coconut, coriander leaves, garlic cloves and green chillies.
2. Heat oil, season and add the green paste.
3. Stir for 2 minutes and pour in the well-beaten curd.
4. Simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Serve hot or cold.
