Apricot Creamy Treat

Dried Apricots – 15
Lemon – 1
Cream – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 tblsp
Almonds – 5

1. Wash and soak apricots in 1 1/2 cups of water for 8-10 hours.
2. Simmer until tender.
3. Cool and remove the stones.
4. Put the pulp and water in a blender.
5. Add sugar and lemon juice and blend till smooth.
6. Blend again with cream.
7. Pour in serving dish and chill.
8. Decorate with almonds and serve.
