Ingredients:
Spinach – 1 cup, chopped
Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
Paneer – 1 1/2 cups
Onion – 1, chopped
Garlic Cloves – 2
Green Capsicum – 1, chopped
Coriander Leaves – 3 tblsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
1. Wash and finely chop spinach.
2. Add breadcrumbs, paneer, chopped onions, capsicum, coriander leaves and salt.
3. Mix well.
4. Shape the mixture into nuggets or any shape.
5. Keep them for 10 minutes.
6. Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
7. Serve hot.
