Red Cabbage Rice

Basmati Rice – 2 cups
Curry Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Cabbage – 1 cup, grated
Olive Oil – 1 tblsp
Cinnamon Powder – 1/2 tsp

1. Heat the oil and fry the red cabbage grated adding salt and curry powder.
2. Remove and keep aside.
3. Add the rice to the same oil and fry for 1 minute.
4. Remove to a serving bowl and serve.
