Green Apple Rice

Ingredients:
Basmati Rice – 2 cups
Curry Powder – 1/2 tsp
Green Apple – 1, cored and sliced into circles
Olive Oil – 1 tblsp
Cinnamon Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Heat the oil and fry the green apple slices adding salt and curry powder.
2. Remove and keep aside.
3. Add the rice to the same oil and fry for 1 minute.
4. Remove to a serving bowl and garnish with the green apples.
5. Serve.
