Ingredients:
Basmati Rice – 2 cups, cooked
Broccoli – 200 gms
Oil – 2 tblsp
Jeera Powder – 1 tsp
Dry Mango (Amchur) Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat the oil and fry the broccoli florets for 1 minute.
2. Lower the heat and add salt to taste.
3. Fry for one minute more.
4. Mix in the rice and the spices and stir gently.
5. Serve with papad and pickle.
